Here is my reciepe for making my very yummy smoothie! It will make you feel oh so wonderful :) An easy way to get more veggies & nutrients in your day!

Place everything into your blender (blend well). Suggestion: don’t blend all at one time, slowly add everything, unless you are fortunate enough to have a fabulous working blender.

1 Cup Water
1-2 Carrots
2 Stalks Celery
1+ Cup Romaine Lettuce, Kale, Spinach, or Broccoli (or combo of them), I prefer Spinach & Kale
1 Avocado
1 Apple
1 tbsp Agave Nectar
-You can also add the following; Ginger, Cinnamon, &/or Sesame Seeds
-Keep it simple & stop here, but if you are just starting out or can’t drink it you can add 1/2 to 1 cup of berries.
-WARNING: By adding berries you greatly mess with the color & your smoothie will no longer be GREEN!
-Keep refrigerated & eat within 2 to 3 days.
-Best eaten in the morning but also a great afternoon snack!
